Extract the file and copy it to your USB stick.

Important information:
You need to have your engine running throughout all of the updates.
It is advised to avoid driving during the updates.
Deactivate the "Stop & Start" function in order to avoid standby mode, especially if you're not driving.
Never remove the USB stick from its port before the end of the update process.
